How we work

From purchase order to project close.

Every project runs through the same six phases. The durations move with scale, location, and scope of work — the sequence does not.

  1. 01 CHECK 1 week

    Do we understand the real problem? Our team confirms the scope and opens the project file.

  2. 02 PLAN 1–2 weeks

    Do we have the right solution? Design and budget agreed, including any revisions, before work starts.

  3. 03 AGREE & PREPARE 1–3 weeks

    Is everything clear to the customer and our team? Are we truly ready before going to site?

  4. 04 EXECUTE 1–6 months

    Are we doing it safely and correctly according to schedule?

  5. 05 TESTED 1 week

    Systems proven against the design before anything is signed off. Is the customer getting the result we promised?

  6. 06 PROJECT CLOSING Handover

    A completion report is handed over once commissioning has taken place.

After handover

A service maintenance contract keeps our engineers on the system through the warranty period and beyond.
